Three Bears at Stanford

Years ago, we would’ve never come here for a photoshoot — or at least I wouldn’t.  But now that I’m *ehem* more mature, I can admit that Stanford is an excellent place to get an education and its campus is beautiful!

Leonora and Min, like me, went to Berkeley!  Go Bears!  (For those of you who are wondering what I’m talking about, UC Berkeley and Stanford University are rival schools here in the Bay Area.)

Nicolas

This little guy is 5 1/2 years old and quite a little monkey!  He reminds me of my Ian.

He likes to climb and jump and run… and he likes to bug his sister.  (I think this is how guys show their affection up until they’re about 17!)

Jackie

Jackie is turning 7 later this month.  Happy birthday, Jackie!

Unfortunately, sibling rivalry got the best of her in the first half hour of our shoot.  I love this photo as it tells an interesting story.

Rx Mommy

Mommy Leonora had just the right cure for Jackie!  So Jackie’s spirits weren’t down for long!

Spinning Around

Leonora spun Nicolas, which was super cute because they both had so much fun!

Me…Dizzy!

There was also a time Nicolas ran circles around me (literally!) so I followed him around with my camera and boy, did I get dizzy!

Pre-Teen Model for the Day

Every time Jackie smiled, her face lit up.

Whaddja Say, Dad?

I love this photo — the composition, Dad’s facial expression, the natural textures, the moment captured.

Fun Family Photos

Can you say that 10 times really fast?!

Upon booking her photoshoot with me, Leonora told me she wanted candid family photos.  Well, here you go!  🙂

I have formal ones where everyone is smiling and looking at me, but these are among my favorites!  They are so much fun and captures everyone’s personality.

This photo tells a story, and sometimes stories are meant to make us smile.
